- Manage a team of merchandisers and oversee their daily operations within a designated territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure effective execution of merchandising strategies.
- Create and implement merchandising plans and strategies to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and trends to make recommendations for improvement.
- Train and develop team members on merchandising techniques and company policies.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are being met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to develop and execute merchandising initiatives.
- Communicate and coordinate with retail partners to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Act as a point of contact for any merchandising-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising strategies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Set and achieve sales and performance targets for the designated territory.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Retail Associates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Store Managers, And Corporate Personnel.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals And Driving Business Growth.
Knowledge Of Retail Merchandising Principles And Ability To Execute Merchandising Strategies To Drive Sales.
