- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned territory.
- Lead and manage a team of retail merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers, acting as a liaison between the company and store managers.
- Ensure that all products are displayed and promoted effectively in stores, following company guidelines and standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for adjustments to merchandising strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and provide feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and stay ahead in the market.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates, insights, and recommendations as needed.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, upholding our brand image and values.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Retail Management Or Merchandising.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Ability To Analyze Data.
Ability To Travel Up To 75% Of The Time Within Assigned Territory.
Knowledge Of Retail Industry Trends And Ability To Drive Sales And Profitability.
