10. Work independently to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
11. Train and mentor new merchandising team members as needed.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety standards and merchandising guidelines.
13. Maintain accurate records of merchandising activities and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve merchandising processes and enhance the customer experience.
15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
