Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Remodel Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various remodeling projects for our retail clients. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong background in construction and project management.   1. Manage and oversee various remodeling projects for retail clients.
  2. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
  3. Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project.
  6. Negotiate and secure contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
  7. Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  8. Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.
  9. Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to ensure project goals align with client's vision.
  10. Conduct regular cost analysis and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  12. Train and mentor junior project team members.
  13. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and effective practices.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
