- Manage and oversee various remodeling projects for retail clients.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the project.
- Negotiate and secure contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
- Monitor and track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.
- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to ensure project goals align with client's vision.
- Conduct regular cost analysis and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Train and mentor junior project team members.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient and effective practices.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
