Welcome to Anderson Merchandisers! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Remodel Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. As a Project Remodel Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of remodeling projects for our retail clients. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.   1. Plan and coordinate all aspects of remodeling projects for retail clients.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and expectations for each project.
  3. Conduct on-site assessments and evaluations to determine the scope of work needed for each project.
  4. Develop detailed project timelines and budgets, and ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
  5. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  6. Source and procure necessary materials and resources for each project.
  7. Oversee and manage a team of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality work and adherence to project timelines.
  8. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  9. Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, timelines, and any changes or modifications made throughout the project.
  10. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any unexpected challenges that may arise during the project.
  11. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed and maintained throughout the project.
  12. Provide regular progress reports to upper management and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with clients, contractors, and team members.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for project management and retail remodeling.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency in project management.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Residential Or Commercial Remodeling: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Residential Or Commercial Remodeling Projects. This Includes Knowledge Of Construction Materials, Building Codes, And Project Management.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Project Remodel Specialist, It Is Important To Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Contractors, And Other Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Clearly Articulate Project Plans, Timelines, And Any Potential Issues That May Arise.

  • Attention To Detail: Remodel Projects Require Attention To Detail To Ensure That The Final Product Meets The Client's Expectations. A Qualified Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Catch Potential Problems Before They Become Bigger Issues.

  • Time Management And Organization: Project Remodel Specialists Are Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects At Once, So Strong Time Management And Organizational Skills Are Essential. This Includes The Ability To Create And Stick To Project Timelines, Prioritize Tasks, And Keep Detailed Records Of Project Progress.

  • Knowledge Of Remodeling Software: Many Remodeling Projects Utilize Software Programs For Project Management And Design. Candidates Should Have Experience With These Programs And Be Able To Use Them Effectively To Create Project Plans, Track Progress, And Make Necessary Adjustments. Experience With Programs Such As Autocad, Sketchup, Or Chief Architect Is Preferred.
