1. Manage and oversee the remodeling process of retail locations across the country.
2. Understand and apply construction and remodeling principles to ensure high-quality results.
3. Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the remodeling process.
4. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Work closely with the design team to bring our vision for retail locations to life.
6. Coordinate and schedule contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
7. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
8. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the remodeling process.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all projects.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure remodeling projects align with company goals and objectives.
11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in home remodeling.
12. Continuously strive for improvement and suggest ways to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
13. Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards during the remodeling process.
14. Train and mentor team members on remodeling processes and procedures as needed.
15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
