- Develop and lead a team of retail merchandisers to ensure successful execution of company strategies and goals.
- Train and mentor new team members on company procedures, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in stores, such as inventory discrepancies or customer complaints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to make strategic recommendations to increase sales and market share.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with store managers and other key stakeholders to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate company objectives, policies, and procedures to team members and ensure compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
- Lead by example and uphold the company's values and culture, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of promotional events and initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and manage team performance, providing regular feedback and support to help team members achieve their goals.
- Travel to various store locations to support and assist with merchandising efforts as needed.
