  1. Learn and understand company policies and procedures related to retail operations.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Assist in managing and supervising retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving store performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  7. Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering products to meet customer demand.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and customers to address any issues or concerns.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  11. Assist in conducting store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  12. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and prepare for future management opportunities.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and serve as a role model for other team members.
  14. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and actively seek out ways to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
