  • Operate and monitor wafer fabrication equipment to produce high-quality semiconductor wafers.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of all equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure wafers meet required specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of production processes and product quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies and materials needed for wafer fabrication.
  • Train and mentor new team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Wafer Fab Operator Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Mathematics, Science, And Technology, Which Are Essential For The Role.

  • Experience In Semiconductor Manufacturing: Analog Devices Is A Leading Semiconductor Company, And Therefore, Experience In Semiconductor Manufacturing Is A Must For A Wafer Fab Operator. The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Wafer Fabrication Process And Cleanroom Protocols.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Wafer Fab Operator, One Will Be Working With Highly Sensitive Equipment And Materials. Therefore, Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Quality And Reliability Of The Final Product. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Follow Strict Procedures To Maintain Product Integrity.
