Supply Chain Analyst

Analog Devices is looking for a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving process improvements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing strategies, and driving initiatives that will have a direct impact on all areas of the supply chain.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, experience with operations management software and supply chain analytics tools is a plus.We are looking for a self-starter that is a quick learner, and has a desire to take ownership of projects and independently drive initiatives to completion. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze data and develop strategies to improve supply chain operations
2. Identify and implement process improvements to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations
3. Implement initiatives that will have a direct impact on all areas of the supply chain
4. Monitor inventory levels and adjust strategies accordingly
5. Monitor supplier performance and develop corrective actions when needed
6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
7. Prepare reports related to supply chain performance and operations
8. Utilize operations management software and supply chain analytics tools to track and analyze data
9. Manage and maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities
10. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
