Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Packaging Design And Development.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standard Packaging Technologies, Such As Wire Bonding, Flip Chip, And 3D Packaging.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software For Packaging Layout And Design.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
