  1. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on all relevant international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  2. Analyze complex global trade laws and regulations to determine their impact on the company's operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and assess potential risks and gaps in the company's trade compliance systems.
  5. Develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure the company's compliance with all global trade laws and regulations.
  6. Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Provide guidance and training to employees on trade compliance regulations and procedures.
  8. Serve as a key point of contact for government agencies regarding trade compliance matters.
  9. Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders within the company.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve trade compliance processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Keep accurate records and documentation of all trade compliance activities.
  12. Identify and report any potential violations of trade laws and regulations to management.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their compliance with global trade regulations.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay current on global trade compliance trends and best practices.
  15. Proactively identify potential areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance the company's trade compliance program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Global Trade Compliance, Preferably In A Similar Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Export And Import Regulations, Including Itar, Ear, And Other International Trade Regulations.

  • Experience With Trade Compliance Software And Systems, Such As Sap Gts Or Amber Road.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulations And Identify Potential Compliance Risks.
