Job Description

As a Sr Director of Supply Chain Planning at Analog Devices, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's global supply chain planning processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement global supply chain planning processes, systems, and strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
  2. Manage the Supply Chain Planning team and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Analyze data and make tactical decisions to improve the efficiency of the supply chain.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all supply chain planning processes are aligned.
  5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of supply chain planning processes and systems.
  6. Monitor and report on the performance of the supply chain planning team.
  7. Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain planning processes.
  8. Ensure that all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  9. Provide guidance and support to team members.
  10. Develop effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.
