The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and have experience in surface mount technology and assembly processes.We are looking for a SMT Assembly Operator who has a minimum of two years of experience in SMT assembly and surface mount technology processes, including reflow and wave soldering. The successful candidate must be capable of reading and interpreting assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of quality assurance standards is also required.The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring precision and accuracy. They should also be comfortable working with automated equipment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
