  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for medical devices in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product development process.
  4. Monitor and analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  5. Oversee the maintenance of quality management systems and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality standards and processes.
  8. Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  10. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on quality and regulatory requirements.
  11. Collaborate with external regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  12. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality throughout the organization.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates on quality metrics to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Advanced Degree In Engineering, Preferably In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Quality Engineering, Particularly In The Design And Development Of Medical Devices.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards Related To Medical Device Design, Development, And Manufacturing.

  • Strong Understanding Of Statistics And Data Analysis Techniques For Quality Control And Process Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
