
Semiconductor Process and Device Engineer

- Develop and optimize semiconductor processes and devices to meet performance, yield, and reliability targets
- Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and devices and propose innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure successful implementation of new processes and devices
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify process and device performance trends and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies and techniques into process and device development
- Design and execute experiments to validate and characterize new materials, processes, and devices
- Develop and maintain process documentation and specifications to ensure consistency and quality control
- Conduct regular process audits and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process and device development and troubleshooting
- Communicate project status, results, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Demonstrated Expertise In Semiconductor Processing Techniques, Such As Lithography, Etching, And Deposition.
Hands-On Experience With Semiconductor Fabrication Equipment And Processes, Including Clean Room Procedures And Safety Protocols.
Strong Understanding Of Device Physics And Experience With Semiconductor Device Characterization And Testing.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Process Parameters To Improve Device Performance.
