Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Packaging Design And Development.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Packaging Simulation Tools.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Packaging Materials And Processes.

  • Strong Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team Environment.
