Job Description

Develop a detailed evaluation and characterization plan for high performance IC devices on ATE. Coordinate new product development from the design stage through release and implement the manufacturing release of the ATE solution for IC products. Create test development schedules and characterization plans for prototype evaluation and product release as well as provide input on new product development. Design and implement test hardware and software to support the device evaluation and characterization process and ensure data accuracy through correlation between various test platforms. Coordinate with cross-functional teams of product and qualification to release products to manufacturing on schedule and budget. Statistical Analysis of ATE data for supporting data sheet specifications at final production test. Identify and develop yield and cost improvements and transfer of products to high volume production by interface with various departments such as Quality, Reliability, Assembly, and Manufacturing.
