Job Description

At Analog Devices, we are looking for a Principal Supplier Quality Engineer who will be responsible for driving supplier quality excellence and ensuring global compliance with our supplier quality management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in supplier quality management and be highly organized with excellent communication skills.We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with at least 10 years of relevant experience in supplier quality management. This individual should be a self-starter with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and process improvement. In addition, the candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action. The successful candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This individual should be able to work independently and collaboratively, as well as build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement supplier quality management systems and policies to ensure global compliance.
  2. Lead supplier quality excellence initiatives and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Drive process improvement and root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
  4. Monitor supplier performance data and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
  5. Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers.
  6. Ensure quality assurance standards are met and maintained.
  7. Participate in new product development activities and identify potential quality risks.
  8. Conduct internal and external audits and inspections.
  9. Stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and regulations.
  10. Train and mentor team members on supplier quality management systems and processes.
