As an Operator 3, you will play a crucial role in the production of our innovative products that are used in a wide range of applications such as healthcare, automotive, and communication systems.   1. Operate and monitor machinery and equipment in the Assembly Manufacturing department to ensure efficient and accurate production of high-performance analog, mixed-signal, and digital signal processing integrated circuits.
  2. Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards and specifications.
  3. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  4. Troubleshoot and address any issues or problems that arise during the production process.
  5. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and timely production flow.
  7. Continuously monitor and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality.
  8. Communicate any potential issues or concerns to supervisors and work together to find solutions.
  9. Train and mentor new operators to ensure they are following proper procedures and producing high-quality products.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  11. Take ownership and pride in the work being done, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
