Job Description

Providing Technical Leadership within the product development team identifying needed tasks, potential issues, and solving relevant problems. Working with product teams to execute project plans to bring new products to market on schedule. Ensuring products meet performance, schedule, quality, and financial requirements by direct communication and collaboration with design, marketing, test development, and manufacturing. Ownership of product development tasks, including organization of product qualifications, data analysis, evaluation of silicon, product introduction to manufacturing and post introduction support. Provide technical support to marketing, applications, and customers to resolve product/application issues. Leading activities that improve processes in wafer fab, probe, assembly, automated test, yield, and quality adherence.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years industry experience in new product evaluation and verification

  • General high volume product development experience

  • Requires strong technical and analytical skills, including operation and working knowledge of digital and analog circuits.

  • Hands-on experience conducting experiments with lab equipment.
