- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards when interacting with customers and representing the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Customer Accounts.
Experience With Crm Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office, Particularly Excel And Powerpoint.
