  1. Provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  2. Work closely with sales teams to identify potential customers and assist with product demonstrations and presentations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the company to develop and improve products and services.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Conduct product trainings and workshops for customers to increase their understanding and usage of our products.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide customers with the most innovative solutions.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers in a timely manner.
  8. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
  9. Generate technical documentation and reports for internal and external use.
  10. Proactively identify potential problems and provide recommendations for improvement.
  11. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  13. Maintain accurate records and track progress of projects and customer interactions.
  14. Continuously learn and expand technical knowledge to enhance performance and contribute to company goals.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Field Applications Engineer (Fae) Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Analog And Digital Circuits, As Well As Experience With Various Software Tools And Programming Languages. This Is Essential For Troubleshooting And Providing Technical Support To Customers.
