Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Materials Science Is Typically Required For A Failure Analysis Technician Position At Analog Devices.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Devices, Electronic Circuitry, And Failure Analysis Techniques. Experience With Tools Such As Scanning Electron Microscopes, X-Ray Machines, And Various Other Analytical Equipment Is Also Desirable.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Failure Analysis Technician, One Must Be Meticulous And Detail-Oriented In Order To Accurately Identify, Document, And Report On Failure Modes Of Electronic Components.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Problems Is Essential For A Failure Analysis Technician. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Patterns, And Propose Effective Solutions.
