  1. Design and develop innovative packaging solutions for advanced semiconductor products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define packaging requirements and develop packaging strategies.
  3. Conduct packaging feasibility studies and recommend optimal packaging approaches.
  4. Perform packaging design and analysis using industry-standard tools and techniques.
  5. Develop and implement packaging processes and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
  6. Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting of packaging issues.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in packaging technology.
  8. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for packaging materials and services.
  9. Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during packaging process development and production.
  10. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for packaging.
  11. Manage packaging projects and deliver results within designated timelines and budget.
  12. Continuously improve packaging processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Mentor and train junior packaging engineers.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on packaging projects and address any concerns.
  15. Maintain accurate documentation and records of packaging designs, processes, and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Semiconductor Or Electronics Packaging.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standard Packaging Technologies And Processes, Such As Flip Chip, Wire Bonding, And Substrate Design.

  • Familiarity With Cad Software And Simulation Tools For Package Design And Analysis.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
