- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Analog Devices' data platform and architecture.
- Develop and maintain a strategic vision for the data platform that aligns with the company's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize data needs across the organization.
- Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Oversee the integration of new data sources and technologies into the existing data platform.

- Manage a team of data architects and engineers to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Monitor and analyze data platform performance and make recommendations for optimization.

Strong Technical Background: The Director Of Data Platform & Architecture At Analog Devices Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Data Platform Architecture And Design, As Well As Experience In Implementing And Managing Large-Scale Data Systems. They Should Also Have A Strong Background In Software Development And Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, Or Sql.
Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Data Engineers And Architects. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Mentoring A Team, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Data Initiatives.

Data Management Expertise: Analog Devices Deals With Large Volumes Of Complex Data, So The Director Of Data Platform & Architecture Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Data Management Principles, Including Data Governance, Data Security, And Data Quality. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing Data Management Best Practices And Protocols.
Strong Communication Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. The Director Of Data Platform & Architecture Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Concisely, Both Verbally And In Written Form, And Be Able To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders Across The Organization.
