In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers in the datacentre industry, specifically in the areas of optical and power systems.   1. Provide technical support to customers in the datacentre industry for optical and power systems.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct on-site visits to customer datacentres to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in optical and power systems technology.
  6. Create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and solutions.
  7. Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
  8. Conduct product trainings for customers and internal teams to ensure proper understanding and utilization of our products.
  9. Analyze market and customer data to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for optical and power systems in the datacentre industry and provide guidance to colleagues and customers.
  11. Represent Analog Devices at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our products and build brand awareness.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer and company information.
  13. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering.
  14. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Electrical Engineering Is Essential For This Role, As It Involves Working With Complex Optical And Power Systems.

  • Experience With Datacentre Technologies: Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Datacentre Infrastructure And Technologies, Including Servers, Storage Systems, And Networking Equipment.

  • Proficiency In Optical And Power System Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Troubleshooting Optical And Power Systems In A Datacentre Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Datacentre Field Applications Engineer Must Be Able To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Efficiently And Effectively.
