Customer Quality Engineer
Manage key consumer, industrial and automotive customer quality requirements. Duties include management and communication of customer failure analysis requests, issue resolution, improvement activities, new product introduction (APQP/PPAP), PCN communication and approvals, periodic quality reviews and periodic customer quality status reports. Work effectively with test, design, product and planning engineers, regional quality engineers, regional planners, regional technical sales representatives and marketing representatives to solve customer challenges and provide timely answers to customer inquiries. Understand, interpret and drive improvements in customer scorecard performance. Initiate and drive improvements to meet or exceed expectations. Advocate for customers through representing their views and needs. Promote quality system/process improvements to meet customers evolving needs.
6 to 8 years Semiconductor Experience, preferably in failure analysis or product engineering discipline.
2 to 3 years Customer Quality experience preferred but not required
Familiar with quality systems such as ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 and Quality Standards (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC).
