Responsibilities:
- Research the latest chiplet and heterogeneous integration technologies, materials, and processes.
- Assist in the design and development of innovative products using these technologies.
- Utilize CAD tools to effectively create and modify designs.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports to communicate progress and results.
- Participate in meetings to help define product requirements and specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in the lab.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry standards and trends.
- Participate in team brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
- Create and maintain accurate records and documentation of all projects.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
