  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  3. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
  4. Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and implement proactive measures to prevent defects and improve yield.
  5. Work closely with equipment engineers to ensure proper maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment.
  6. Provide technical support and training to production operators to ensure consistent and accurate execution of manufacturing processes.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve overall product quality.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and resolve any quality or process issues.
  9. Participate in new product development projects to ensure manufacturability and scalability of processes.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in process technology to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Electrical, Mechanical, Or Industrial Engineering.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Process Engineering Role, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Process Control And Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma And Lean Manufacturing.

  • Knowledge Of Semiconductor Fabrication Processes And Equipment, Including Wafer Processing, Packaging, And Testing.
