- Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the integration and use of Analog Devices' analog and mixed-signal products.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their design requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of Analog Devices' products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during product integration and usage.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in order to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct training sessions for customers, educating them on the features and benefits of Analog Devices' products.
- Work closely with the engineering team to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
- Stay organized and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective completion.
- Continuously learn and improve technical knowledge and skills in order to provide the highest level of support to customers.
- Represent Analog Devices at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and building relationships with potential customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Knowledge And Experience In Analog Circuit Design And Simulation
Ability To Troubleshoot And Provide Technical Support To Customers
Experience With Programming Languages Such As C And Python, And Familiarity With Software Tools Used In The Semiconductor Industry.
