  1. Collaborate with team members in the PCB Layout Engineering department to understand project requirements and contribute to the design of next-generation products.
  2. Utilize your strong background in PCB layout design to create high-quality, efficient and manufacturable designs.
  3. Work closely with engineers and other designers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and design guidelines.
  4. Maintain attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all designs, following industry and company standards.
  5. Continuously improve and expand knowledge of PCB layout design techniques, tools, and industry advancements.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.
  7. Follow project timelines and meet deadlines for design deliverables.
  8. Create and maintain accurate design documentation and files.
  9. Communicate progress and updates to project leads and team members.
  10. Actively participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and design guidelines.
  12. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
  13. Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively seek solutions to design challenges.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, and make recommendations for implementing new design techniques or tools.
  15. Uphold the company's reputation for high-quality and innovative semiconductor solutions through your work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Pcb Layout Design, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Pcb Layout Software, Such As Altium Designer Or Cadence Allegro.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Pcb Layout And Design, Including High-Speed Signal Routing And Thermal Management.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
