Job Description

At Analog Devices, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Associate Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building and maintaining our brand and will have a unique blend of creative, analytical, and technical skills. The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand marketing and communication strategies, as well as leveraging insights to drive consumer engagement and loyalty.This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on developing and executing marketing and communication strategies. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully managing brand initiatives, from concept to completion, with a focus on leveraging insights to drive consumer engagement and loyalty. In addition, the candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and web-based marketing, as well as a basic understanding of analytics and data-driven marketing. The successful candidate must also possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, execute, and manage brand marketing and communication strategies.
  2. Leverage insights to drive consumer engagement and loyalty.
  3. Lead brand initiatives from concept to completion.
  4. Utilize digital marketing techniques, including social media and web-based marketing.
  5. Analyze data and utilize analytics to inform marketing decisions.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
  8. Monitor brand performance and track KPIs.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
  10. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape.
