Assembly Operator

We are looking for an Assembly Operator to join our team at Analog Devices. The Assembly Operator will be an integral part of our team, helping us assemble and package our innovative products. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be a team player.To be successful in this role, the Assembly Operator should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, and excellent hand-eye coordination. A background in electronics assembly is a plus. The Assembly Operator should be an effective communicator with a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills. Responsibilities for an Assembly Operator:

-Assemble products according to detailed instructions -Package products in accordance with company standards -Maintain accurate records of production and assembly processes -Check quality of products, ensuring they meet standards -Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times -Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisor -Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment -Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer suggestions -Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals -Comply with all company policies and procedures
