Business Intelligence Analyst

Point person for all data management and analysis for our organization, including building Tableau dashboards, creating targeted lists, data cleanup, and other ad hoc analysis. Superuser for DASH software environment. Will ensure data integrity and assure users maintain proper naming conventions. Manages the data flow between the Ducks core technology suite (Microsoft Dynamics365, Oracle Eloqua, and Ticketmaster) and the data warehouse. Maintains relationships with users to identify and develop additional data sources for the data warehouse, consistent with business rules and customer needs. Assists in project management affecting the data warehouse. Develops useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources. Designs custom reports as needed. Analyzes, reviews, forecasts, and presents information for operational and business planning.
