Remedy Administrator
Support ITSM administrative functions utilizing BMC Remedy Data Administration. Maintain CMDB data through normalization and reconciliation. Use Remedy product knowledge and experience to drive and support ITSM and ITAM initiatives. Create, schedule, and execute data load and transformation jobs. Participate in all activities associated with the ITSM Remedy suite including design, construction, testing, documentation and implementation of IT solutions for multiple and/or complex systems. Create and utilize reporting to define metrics for process performance, identify data anomalies, and refine the data. Maintain the product catalog, approval mappings, product/operation/resolution categorization, company structure (people records, permissions, entitlements) within Remedy. Possess working knowledge/understanding of additional BMC products such as BMC Smart Reporting and BMC Discovery to aid in maintaining CMDB data and identify gaps or discrepancies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in multiple and/or highly complex application areas
Ability to effectively break down, prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks independently regardless of complexity.
Capable of managing large complex assignments and problem resolution with a focus on a successful outcome.
Foundational knowledge of Remedy Development tools.
