1. Install and set up Zygo’s advanced metrology equipment at customer sites.
2. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Zygo’s equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and provide timely and effective solutions.
4. Travel to various customer sites to provide on-site support and service.
5. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
6. Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of Zygo’s equipment.
7. Keep accurate records of all service visits, repairs, and maintenance performed.
8. Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest improvements.
9. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technology advancements to continuously improve service delivery.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working on customer sites.
11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
12. Represent Zygo in a professional and positive manner at all times.
13. Maintain a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of Zygo’s products.
14. Follow all company procedures and guidelines for troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
15. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and promoting additional services to customers.
