- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to drive sales and promote customer satisfaction.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, both remotely and on-site.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively promote our products and stay ahead of competitors.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Sales, Preferably In The Metrology Or Precision Instrumentation Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Optical Principles And Measurement Techniques.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Crm Software, With The Ability To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Technology.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Customers And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
