Job Description

At AMETEK, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Welder to join our production team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding components to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in welding, be highly self-motivated, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:

  1. Operate welding equipment to join metal components and fabricate parts according to blueprints and specifications.
  2. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.
  3. Select and prepare materials for welding.
  4. Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment.
  5. Keep accurate records of all welding activities.
  6. Follow safety protocols when operating welding equipment.
  7. Collaborate with production team members to ensure all welding tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
