  1. Develop and implement website security policies and procedures to protect AMETEK's digital assets from cyber threats.
  2. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of the website to identify and address potential risks.
  3. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations related to website security and compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all website features and functionalities are secure and compliant.
  5. Monitor and analyze website traffic and security logs to identify and mitigate any security incidents.
  6. Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for website security and compliance.
  7. Work closely with third-party vendors and contractors to ensure that they meet AMETEK's security and compliance requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and incident response plans for the website.
  9. Conduct regular security awareness training for all employees to promote a culture of security and compliance.
  10. Serve as the main point of contact for any website security and compliance-related inquiries or concerns.
  11. Stay informed about emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to prevent them.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Website Security Protocols And Compliance Standards: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Website Security Protocols Such As Ssl, Tls, And Https, As Well As Compliance Standards Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Website Security And Compliance Lead Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Well-Versed In Web Development Languages Such As Html, Css, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Server-Side Scripting And Database Management.

  • Experience With Security Auditing And Risk Assessment: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Is Experienced In Conducting Security Audits And Risk Assessments To Identify Vulnerabilities And Ensure Compliance With Industry Standards.

  • Familiarity With Web Security Tools And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Web Security Tools And Technologies Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Vulnerability Scanners.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Lead Role, Strong Communication And Leadership Skills Are Crucial For Effectively Managing A Team And Collaborating With Other Departments Within The Organization To Ensure Website Security And Compliance.
