Staff Accountant

Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as supporting documentation. Specific duties in the month end closing process. Audit support (SOX, Financial, Tax). Prepare and load international forecast and actual financial data into HFM. Lead annual fixed asset physical inventory. Calculate and report KPI’s for: DSO, Days Payable, Entitlement Days, CAPEX spend, and inventory turns. Forecasting key financial metrics. Revenue recognition and compliance with ASC606. Corporate intercompany balancing. Reconcile and analyze assigned general ledger accounts consistent with GAAP and corporate accounting policies to ensure close timelines are met. Maintain fixed asset ledger, including timely capitalization and tracking of open projects. Participate in annual budget process. Review and submit sales rep commissions for payment.
