- Provide technical support and solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to determine the root cause.
- Conduct on-site visits to install, repair, and maintain electronic instruments and electromechanical devices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
- Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new product developments and technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety standards.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the engineering and production teams for product improvements.
- Travel to various locations within India as needed to provide on-site support.

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep accurate records of service reports and expenses for reimbursement purposes.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Is Required For A Service Engineer Position At Ametek. This Degree Should Be In A Relevant Field Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering.
Strong Technical Knowledge: A Service Engineer At Ametek Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Mechanical And Electrical Systems And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Repair Complex Equipment. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Computer Systems And Software Used In The Industry.
