- Lead and manage complex projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
- Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Review and approve project deliverables and change requests.
- Maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Engineering Field.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Programs, Including Budget And Resource Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Provide Strategic Direction And Guidance To Project Teams. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
