- Contribute to the development and improvement of new and existing laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Physics.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Senior Or Supervisory Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Equipment And Experimental Procedures.
Familiarity With A Variety Of Laboratory Techniques And Instrumentation, Including But Not Limited To Chromatography, Spectroscopy, And Microscopy.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Team Members And Present Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
