
Senior Human Resources Business Partner

AMETEK is looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic and tactical HR guidance to our business units. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will partner with the HR and business leadership teams to create an environment that supports organizational growth and development.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role. The successful candidate must have a combination of both technical HR knowledge and application, as well as strong business acumen. We are looking for an individual who can effectively balance the needs of the business and the needs of the employees. The successful candidate must also demonstrate a high level of initiative, a commitment to continuous learning, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies and tactics that support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Assess current HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with business leadership and HR teams to create an environment that fosters organizational growth and development.
- Provide guidance to employees on matters related to HR policies, programs, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback and coaching to help employees reach their full potential.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Negotiate employment contracts with new hires.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
