Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities:

1. Develop HR strategies and tactics that support the organization's goals and objectives.
2. Assess current HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Collaborate with business leadership and HR teams to create an environment that fosters organizational growth and development.
4. Provide guidance to employees on matters related to HR policies, programs, and procedures.
5. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, and provide feedback and coaching to help employees reach their full potential.
6. Participate in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
7. Negotiate employment contracts with new hires.
8. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
9. Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
