  1. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify any non-conformities.
  3. Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to product quality.
  5. Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test procedures, and non-conformance reports.
  6. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.
  7. Monitor supplier performance and work closely with them to improve quality and resolve any quality-related issues.
  8. Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  9. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards, processes, and procedures.
  10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
  11. Communicate quality issues and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management, production teams, and suppliers.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality management system.
  13. Participate in new product development and review processes to ensure quality is built into products from the design stage.
  14. Conduct customer and internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
  15. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement while maintaining high levels of quality and performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Systems And Processes, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100

  • Proficient In Using Quality Tools And Techniques, Such As Six Sigma And Statistical Process Control
