Production Manager

The primary growing markets being served by IntelliPower’s Power Protection and Power Conversion products include Mission Critical Commercial applications such as communications systems, Industrial applications such as oil rigs and Military applications serving all branches of the Government. Responsible for producing daily production schedules, WIP reports, KPI’s matrix and monitoring the production process of job orders and adjusting the daily production schedule as necessary. Meet’s and drives monthly revenue targets and on time delivery schedules for customer satisfaction and shareholder value. Schedule staff appropriately to perform production duties and meet efficiency goals. Lead daily production standup meetings at the beginning of shifts with leads and/or department supervisors to direct production activities and establish production priorities hands on. Maintain a constant awareness of jobs being processed, factory issues and equipment malfunctions to quickly determine necessary alternatives to maintain production schedules and on-time delivery. Consult with management and production personnel on production problems. Recommend changes in work practices to improve production standards and product quality. Exceptional communication skills; promoting teamwork and a positive work environment. Coordinate with materials department to ensure all needed components are delivered in accordance production schedule.
