  1. Develop and maintain relationships with national accounts to ensure strong partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  2. Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with national accounts.
  3. Create and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and increase market share.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account-specific initiatives and promotions.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify and address potential challenges.
  6. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on account performance and business opportunities.
  7. Utilize strong business acumen to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding account strategies and sales tactics.
  8. Provide leadership and direction to account management team members, including setting goals, providing training and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  9. Identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve account management strategies and processes.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  13. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales materials and campaigns for national accounts.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity and sales performance.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Aerospace, Defense, Or Industrial Markets.

  • Strong Track Record Of Driving Growth And Profitability In National Accounts.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers At The National Account Level.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Industry Landscape, Including Competitors, Market Trends, And Customer Needs.
