  1. Develop and maintain production schedules that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Coordinate with various departments, including manufacturing, supply chain, and sales, to ensure efficient and timely production.
  3. Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to meet production targets and customer demands.
  4. Collaborate with purchasing and inventory management teams to ensure adequate materials and resources are available for production.
  5. Identify and resolve any potential production delays or issues, communicating updates and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Communicate production schedules and changes to all relevant departments and personnel.
  8. Create and maintain production reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Train and mentor junior production planning staff as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning and scheduling.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Production Planning And Scheduling In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Materials Planning, Inventory Management, And Production Scheduling Techniques.

  • Proficiency In Using Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
