Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Business, Or Marketing.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In New Product Development, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Project Management Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products.
Experience Leading And Developing Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers, Designers, And Marketing Professionals.
